Tenancy Team Leader (SA, WA, VIC)

General Overview
The Tenancy Team Leader will ensure the delivery of exceptional end-to-end tenancy and property management services resulting in long-term sustainable tenancies.
The Team Leader will be someone who is organised, proactive, and committed to excellent customer service. You will have well-developed problem solving and influencing skills, and previous experience working with people with disabilities to achieve great housing outcomes.
Your in-depth knowledge of tenancy and property management (including the Residential Tenancies Act) will be key to support the tenancy team to meet the business objectives, as well as your ability to work with Enliven’s strong culture, values and housing model at the forefront.
This role is based in Adelaide, South Australia. There may be a requirement to manage assets in city / regional / remote locations in South Australia and other jurisdictions which would require regular travel.
Standard office hours are required and from time to time there can be some tasks, travel or meetings that occur outside of normal business hours.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake the NDIS worker check which includes a Police check and four learning modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive, sensitive and efficient tenancy management service to tenants.
- Support an experienced tenancy team to deliver high quality services.
- End-to-end management of the tenancy and property process to meet business objectives, including handling complaints and tribunal applications.
- Ensure high quality maintenance of Enliven property standards.
- Manage and oversee rent collection, reviews, arrears for existing and former tenants, vacancies and voids.
- Ensure that Enliven complies with relevant legislation, standards, audits, policies, procedures and service model.
- Liaise with the leadership team to identify and assess business improvement initiatives and deliver on process improvements.
Education
- Relevant university degree and/or equivalent professional experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- In-depth understanding of NDIS, with particular experience in the disability sector, tenancy, property management and Residential Tenancies Act.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, mentoring and guidance.
- Understanding of trade functions within a domestic setting (desirable).
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word) and Adobe.
- Extensive network of sector contacts is highly desirable.

Travel
This role may involve travel interstate from time to time.
