The driving factor behind my decision to work in the SDA sector as a Project Coordinator stems from a deep sense of purpose and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. I believe that everyone deserves access to a safe and comfortable living environment that caters to their specific needs, and working in the SDA sector allows me to contribute to this important cause. 

As a Cadet Project Coordinator, a successful outcome would involve effectively assisting in project planning and execution, learning from experienced team members, and contributing to the completion of projects on time and within budget while gaining valuable hands-on experience. 

What I love most about working at Enliven Housing is the sense of purpose and fulfillment that comes with the work. Every day, I have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives by contributing to the provision/installation of Assistive Technology. This sense of purpose is incredibly motivating and makes me feel like I’m part of something larger than myself.
