“For me, effective communication is at the core of excellence. It enables collaboration, efficient project management and drastically reduces the risk of any issues. This is why I strive to ensure effective two-way communication is established with every project.”

The driving factor behind my decision to work in the SDA sector as a Project Coordinator stems from a deep sense of purpose and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. I believe that everyone deserves access to a safe and comfortable living environment that caters to their specific needs, and working in the SDA sector allows me to contribute to this important cause.

As a Cadet Project Coordinator, a successful outcome would involve effectively assisting in project planning and execution, learning from experienced team members, and contributing to the completion of projects on time and within budget while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

What I love most about working at Enliven Housing is the sense of purpose and fulfillment that comes with the work. Every day, I have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives by contributing to the provision/installation of Assistive Technology. This sense of purpose is incredibly motivating and makes me feel like I’m part of something larger than myself.

Career highlight:

My career highlight would have to be the positive feedback we receive from tenants, occupational therapists and support coordinators regarding the quality of the Assistive Technology installed and how it has changed their lives.

Outside of work:

Play soccer, try new restaurants, spending time with friend and family and fishing.

What super-power would you want?

The power to control traffic in Sydney at 5pm. Do I need to explain?
