Tessa Rorke
“My approach to work is people-focused, detail-oriented and collaborative. I prioritise understanding the unique needs of tenants and ensure that every project meets high standards of accessibility and comfort.”
I’ve always had a passion for property and construction, and to be able to utilise my skills and knowledge in a sector where I can effect positive change to lives of Australians with disability, is incredibly rewarding. My years’ of experience in Specialist Disability Accommodation, development management and interior architecture helps me design inclusive, accessible and supportive living spaces.
What I love most about working at Enliven Housing is the fact that I’m surrounded by so many like-minded professionals. Being part of a team dedicated to creating inclusive, accessible and supportive living environments is extremely encouraging and drives me to be the best that I can be.
