Relationship building is my specialty and I truly value the connections and interactions I have with my tenants as the most fulfilling aspect of my role. For me, I know I’ve succeeded when a tenant feels comfortable enough to reach out to me and ask for assistance when they need it. In this case, I know that I’ve established a strong rapport and open line of communication – which is what I strive to do for every tenant.
