With over 10 years marketing and communications experience across a number of industries, I was looking to utilise my skills in a sector where I could make a real difference. I have close family members with disability and I’ve seen up close the difficulties they face with housing and independence, and so, when the opportunity came to move into this field, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for and the perfect choice for me.
At Enliven Housing, tenants are at the heart of everything we do, which is why our marketing and communications strategy is very tenant centric. In order to achieve this, my team and I need to consistently collaborate with every department, which we do effectively because all the Enliven Housing staff are so driven and unified under one common cause.
