On the fourth floor Podium Deck, there is a host of amazing communal inclusions including a heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym. You can enjoy private dining rooms, cosy cabanas, an elegant cocktail bar, barbeques, a cinema and even a children’s playground.

Each apartment has been designed to maximise the picturesque views. Floor-to-ceiling windows feature throughout the apartments so you can enjoy natural light in every living area. There is curved glass on the generous balconies, so no matter the weather, you can enjoy outdoor living.

The kitchen features European appliances, stone bench tops and ample storage solutions. The project also has a Green Star rating, which means it’s passed a thorough, independent and transparent assessment process to ensure sustainability.

We have certification under the SDA Design Standard category High Physical Support for these Mount Pleasant disability apartments. They have structural provisions for ceiling hoists and are Assistive Technology ready.

The tenant-controlled Cooperative gives you a chance to get to know other SDA-funded residents in the complex and optimise your shared support.
