The kitchen features European appliances, stone bench tops and ample storage solutions. The project also has a Green Star rating, which means it’s passed a thorough, independent and transparent assessment process to ensure sustainability.

We have certification under the SDA Design Standard category High Physical Support for these Mount Pleasant disability apartments. They have structural provisions for ceiling hoists and are Assistive Technology ready.

The tenant controlled Cooperative gives you the chance to get to know other SDA funded residents in the complex and optimise your shared support.
