SDA Shared Living

Enliven Housing is Australia's most trusted SDA housing provider

At Enliven, shared living means independence with genuine choice and control — a home without compromise.

Our houses are homes, not facilities. We partner with leading architects and builders to make shared living straightforward, safe and welcoming for people with disability, with spaces designed for connection as well as independence.

We’re setting a new standard for what many call “group homes”, and we’re doing it the Enliven way — SDA your way.

Features of SDA Shared Living

Shared Living is a type of living arrangement where multiple people reside in the same Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home. It offers a balance of independence and community, making it a great option if you enjoy social interaction while still maintaining your own space and privacy.

At Enliven, we’re redefining what shared living looks like. Moving beyond the traditional group home model, our focus is on promoting independence and giving tenants more control over their support. All our SDA homes are designed to exceed industry standards, combining innovative features with community-focused solutions to deliver comfortable and supportive living experience.

Our SDA homes are thoughtfully designed not only for accessibility but also to make shared living comfortable and easy – while prioritising privacy and independence for each resident. Features such as well-planned layouts, ample storage, ensuite bathrooms and private terraces help create a welcoming and functional home. We have Shared Living homes to cater for Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible, High Physical Support and Robust SDA design categories.
