Our Governance
Backed by some of Australia’s largest and most sophisticated institutional investors and global pension funds, strong principles of governance and accountability lie at the heart of all that the Enliven Housing Group is and does. We exist to provide high-quality housing that is sustainable, safe and supported by person-centred tenancy management services for Australians with disability, either directly or through our partners. And we are structured to do that for the long-term.Â

What is The Enliven Housing Group?

In May 2024, the assets and operating company of Enliven Housing were acquired by My Specialised Accommodation Solutions (the operating company of an institutionally-backed fund established by Macquarie Asset Management to invest in SDA) and the combined entity is The Enliven Housing Group. Â
The combination of MySAS’ funding and strategic capability with Enliven’s operational capacity, is a significant and positive step forward for all current and future tenants and the SDA sector. It provides longer-term stability and sustainability of accommodation for people with disability across Australia. Â
Our Governance Framework
The main governing company in the Enliven Housing Group is Specialised Accommodation Solutions Pty Limited. The primary role of the Board of this company is to manage the funds that have been invested by institutional investors by ensuring the long-term health and prosperity of our business divisions: being a registered SDA provider, tenancy and property manager and SDA property developer – either directly or through strategic partners across Australia. This is all done within a transparent and robust framework of corporate governance and financial controls.
There are separate entities in our group that own our SDA houses and apartments.
