Relationship building is my specialty and I truly value the connections and interactions I have with my tenants as the most fulfilling aspect of my role. For me, I know I’ve succeeded when a tenant feels comfortable enough to reach out to me and ask for assistance when they need it. In this case, I know that I’ve established a strong rapport and open line of communication – which is what I strive to do for every tenant.
Enliven Housing has a great culture of innovation and collaboration which is what really attracted me to the company. There’s a real emphasis on fostering a culture of innovation and that aligns perfectly with my own values and aspirations.
For me, it would have to be the first time I onboarded tenants to a new property. Being able to bring the tenants through the door for the first time and witnessing the joy on their faces.
Spending quality time with my friends and family especially my two young grandsons. I also love to travel and explore alongside my husband.
To manipulate time. It’s the one commodity we can’t get back.
