My standout moment every year was attending World Business Forum (WOBI) – a conference that consistently reshaped my perspective and fuelled my passion for leadership. Hearing Jacinda Ardern speak on Diversity and Empowerment had a profound influence on me, reinforcing the importance of empathy led leadership and the power of creating spaces where people feel seen, valued and included. These experiences shaped not just my professional capability, but also my understanding of what true leadership looks like: connection, impact and elevating the people around me.
I compete in CrossFit and love staying active. Most wouldn’t call this fun, but I do!
