These Unley Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartments come in three types, with an average internal area of 90m2 and external area of 13.5m2.
This development will support Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support categories in line with the Enliven Housing Philosophy. We have certification under the SDA Design Standard category High Physical Support for these Unley disability apartments. They have structural provisions for ceiling hoists and are Assistive Technology ready
As a tenant of Enliven Housing, you can join the Choice Collective – a unique arrangement that offers a great way to get the most from your NDIS Core Support budget. It gives you the opportunity to optimise shared support with other SDA funded residents in the Unley 108 complex.
