Situated in the seaside suburb of Southern Adelaide, The Blair features two stunning SDA houses built for comfort and accessible living. Each home features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and direct outdoor access.
The open-plan kitchen is thoughtfully designed for accessibility, featuring adjustable stone benchtops, high-quality appliances and modern finishes that make everyday living easier. Automatic entry doors with facial recognition mean you can enter and leave your home without keys, fobs or PIN codes. You can also enjoy the convenience of Intercom App Functionality which lets you manage visitor access, communicate with support staff and monitor entry points remotely.
For added convenience, whitegoods are provided, along with a high-definition TV and fully furnished shared living areas, so you can feel right at home from day one.

The Blair offers a well-connected lifestyle in a sunny coastal setting. You can enjoy the beach and coastal parks, with shops, cafes, medical centres and public transport close by.
Our Christies Beach homes are built to support SDA design standards for Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support categories including Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA).
