We’re excited to introduce the new Enliven Housing Support Coordinator Hub – a dedicated online space designed to make navigating Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) easier for Support Coordinators.
We work with Support Coordinators every day, and we know how important it is to have the right information at your fingertips when you’re supporting someone to find a home. From understanding what’s available to getting timely updates on an enquiry, the process should be as clear and straightforward as possible.
That’s why we’ve brought together practical tools, resources and direct access to our SDA team in one place.
Through the Support Coordinator Hub, you can enquire for a participant, explore our available SDA homes and get a clear understanding of what happens at each stage of the Enliven enquiry and transition process.
You can also join the Enliven Support Coordinator Network for free, giving you access to additional tools designed specifically for the work Support Coordinators do.
Network members can access our live vacancy inventory, with current availability and move-in information updated regularly, as well as early access to new Enliven developments and vacancy updates.
We’re also creating more opportunities for Support Coordinators to learn and connect. Members can access virtual events featuring specialists across SDA, funding, occupational therapy and other areas relevant to the people you support, along with a growing library of practical SDA resources.
There’s also a private Support Coordinator message board, giving members a space to connect with other Coordinators or directly with Enliven SDA Specialists, ask questions and share knowledge.
