Our beautifully designed single-level SDA apartments aim to achieve Platinum level certification under Livable Housing Design Guidelines, meeting the High Physical Support, Fully Accessible and Improved Liveability standards required by the NDIS. Each apartment features customisable kitchens, bathrooms and laundries, along with wheelchair-accessible private outdoor areas.
For emergencies or unexpected support needs, our apartments feature a two-way communication system that enables tenants to quickly reach on-site support workers. Additionally, each apartment is equipped with structural provisions for ceiling hoists and is fully prepared for assistive technology, ensuring a safe and adaptable living environment.
