A guided 3D virtual tour so you can explore every room and features before you visit.
Ethos is a collection of 10 two-bedroom SDA apartments at 167 Emu Bank in the heart of Belconnen, designed by architects Mathieson. Built from the ground up for people with disability, each apartment draws in northern light through floor-to-ceiling windows, with views across Lake Ginninderra and the Brindabella ranges. Accessible balconies overlooking the lake extend the open-plan living, so each home feels light and easy to move through.
Just as important is what sits beyond the front door. Ethos sits among scenic parks and right next to Westfield Belconnen, about a 15-minute drive from the Canberra CBD. Public transport, medical centres and the Canberra International Sports and Aquatic Centre are all close by, so the things you rely on day to day are always within easy reach.
Ethos offers two-bedroom apartments supporting Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support NDIS categories. Each home is built to suit a range of access needs, with two accessible bathrooms and open, considered layouts, so your space works around you rather than the other way around.
Accessible balconies look out over Lake Ginninderra, giving you a calm spot to relax and take in the view. With parks, shopping, health services and transport all nearby, Ethos gives you a real foundation to live well, stay connected and make the most of every day.
