Enliven Housing has created a number of SDA apartments in the Archibald development.
They all have an interior of 95m2 and an exterior area of 15m2.
Enliven Housing will support the NDIS Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support categories. These supported disability apartments are designed and certified under the SDA Design Standard category High Physical Support. They have structural provisions for ceiling hoists and are Assistive Technology ready.
You can join the Choice Collective (our Community Co-op), a unique arrangement that offers a great way to get the most from your NDIS Core Support budget.
With this tenant-controlled Collective, you can optimise shared support with other NDIS funded residents who live in the complex. You can also get to know like-minded people who want to live their best life too.
On-site support may be available 24/7 based on the Choice Collective’s needs via two-way communications with the support worker. Find out more about how our unique disability housing, Living with Enliven model works.
