Cirque is a purpose-built SDA development in the heart of Mount Pleasant, made up of two sculptural towers linked by a shared fourth-floor podium. Everyday shops, cafes and services are within easy reach, and the development holds a Green Star rating for its independently assessed sustainability, so comfort at home comes with lower running costs.
Cirque offers 10 two-bedroom apartments supporting Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support NDIS categories. Each home is built to suit a range of access needs, with two accessible bathrooms and an open, considered layout, so your space works around you rather than the other way around.
On the fourth-floor Podium Deck, shared amenities give you space to relax and connect with neighbours, while the river and foreshore sit just beyond. With shops, services and transport all nearby, Cirque gives you a real foundation to live well, stay connected and make the most of every day.
