The Cirque development will comprise two organically shaped towers linked on the fourth floor by a common podium.
The elegant butterfly-wing profile of the towers will ensure every resident has sweeping, uninterrupted views. The unique shape reduces the perception of volume and will be an elegant addition to the foreshore.
On the fourth floor Podium Deck, there is a host of amazing communal inclusions including a heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym. You can enjoy private dining rooms, cosy cabanas, an elegant cocktail bar, barbeques, a cinema and even a children’s playground.

This development will support Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support categories in line with the Enliven Housing philosophy.
You can also join the Choice Collective (our Community Co-op). This is a unique arrangement that offers a great way to get the most out of your NDIS Core Support budget.
The tenant-controlled Collective gives you a chance to get to know other SDA-funded residents in the complex and optimise your shared support.
