These single-level SDA apartments are designed for Platinum-level certification under the Livable Housing Design Guidelines. They meet the requirements for High Physical Support, Fully Accessible and Improved Liveability design standards set by the NDIS.
As part of our dedication to fostering a supportive community, Circa Three is backed by Choice Collective (our Community Co-op). This innovative program aims to optimise your NDIS Core Support budget by facilitating connections with fellow residents who receive SDA funding.
