The Charlotte features two thoughtfully designed one-bedroom villas, each tailored for modern, comfortable living. Built for people with disability, each villa has an open-concept kitchen, dining and living area, with the lounge opening directly onto a private outdoor space through sliding doors. Everything sits on one level, easy to move through and make your own.
The suburb keeps daily life close at hand. Set in the heart of Pascoe Vale South, the villas are within easy reach of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and public transport, and sit close to the local community centre and the Oak Park Sports and Aquatic Centre, with the Century Health Care Centre about a kilometre away.

The Charlotte offers one-bedroom villas supporting Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support NDIS categories. Each home is built around a range of access needs, with an accessible bathroom and an open, single-level layout that puts comfort and ease of movement first.
Private outdoor space off the lounge gives each villa room to relax beyond the front door, in a quiet, well-served pocket of the suburb. Comfortable and connected, The Charlotte is an easy place to call home.
