Flagstaff Hill brings purpose-built SDA living to a striking tower at 45-55 Dudley Street in the heart of West Melbourne. The building holds 10 two-bedroom SDA apartments, each around 63m², designed for people with disability and certified to the High Physical Support standard, with structural provisions for ceiling hoists and assistive technology built in. Floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless steel appliances and timber flooring make each home bright and easy to settle into.
Just as important is what sits beyond the front door. The apartments look out across Flagstaff Gardens, the Melbourne CBD, Docklands and the terrace neighbourhoods of North Melbourne and Parkville. With the city centre on your doorstep, shopping, dining, health services and transport are all within easy reach, so staying connected to your community is part of everyday life.
Flagstaff Hill offers two-bedroom apartments supporting Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support NDIS categories. Each home is built to suit a range of access needs, with structural provisions for ceiling hoists, assistive technology readiness and an accessible bathroom, so your space works around you rather than the other way around.
Open, light-filled interiors and city views make each apartment a comfortable base in the heart of Melbourne. With the CBD, transport and everyday services all close by, Flagstaff Hill gives you a real foundation to live well, stay connected and make the most of every day.
