Introducing the Vivienne
The Vivienne is a pair of purpose-built SDA homes in Essendon, designed for people with disability. Each house has two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite and direct access to a private outdoor area, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space that flows into a courtyard. Soft, natural tones run throughout.
Essendon offers an established, well-served setting about eight kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. The homes sit in the heart of the suburb, with excellent public transport, leafy gardens and a local scene of cafes, dining and shopping close at hand.

The Vivienne offers individual bedroom and ensuite suites across two shared homes, supporting Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support NDIS categories. Each suite is built around a range of access needs, with its own ensuite and direct outdoor access for genuine privacy.
Open shared living flows out to private courtyards, giving the homes a calm, contemporary feel. With transport, gardens and local shops all close by, The Vivienne is a comfortable, welcoming place to call home.
