The Zara brings two modern SDA houses to Findon, carefully designed for comfort and accessibility.
Each home features a spacious open-plan living area, a modern kitchen with adjustable benchtops and quality finishes throughout. Automatic entry doors with facial recognition mean you can enter and leave your home without keys, fobs or PIN codes. You can also enjoy the convenience of Intercom App Functionality which lets you manage visitor access, communicate with support staff and monitor entry points remotely.
The Zara offers individual bedroom and ensuite suites within a shared home, supporting Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support NDIS categories. Each suite is built around a range of access needs, with a private ensuite and direct outdoor access for genuine privacy.
Common areas, including the lounge and dining areas, come fully furnished, so you can feel right at home from the beginning. Quality, convenience and sustainability extend to every appliance. The Zara’s whitegoods have been carefully selected with a focus on quality, reliability, energy efficiency and long-term sustainability.
A high-definition TV is also provided, completing the shared living experience and making it easy to relax, connect and feel at home from the moment you move in.
