I’m driven by the opportunity to create a real and tangible impact and help people feel respected and supported to live the life they choose. I admire how Enliven Housing is a person-centred SDA provider, which aligns with my values. Since moving from New Zealand, I haven’t seen the same level of care and empathy anywhere else.
A standout moment for me was supporting individuals through complex housing and support transitions. In situations that can feel overwhelming, I was able to help people feel seen, heard and more secure. Being part of someone’s journey toward greater independence and knowing that my calm presence and follow-through truly made a difference is something I am incredibly proud of.
Outside of work, I enjoy the odd bush trek and keeping active, whether that’s with boxing or body fit training.
To be able to talk to my dog! He’s very dramatic sometimes.
