“I approach my work with a structured, analytical mindset, always focused on outcomes that create lasting impact. For me, success at Enliven means thoughtfully securing the right sites and gaining the required approvals so Enliven can continue efficiently contributing to meaningful, sustainable housing solutions.”
With over 15 years of experience across a range of property-related sectors, I chose to apply my expertise in a more socially impactful capacity, transitioning into the disability sector. This shift has enabled me to focus on improving housing outcomes for people with disability — work that I find both meaningful and professionally rewarding.
What I value most about working at Enliven Housing is the strong team dynamic and positive workplace culture. I’ve been impressed by the level of professionals across the organisation and the shared commitment to improving housing outcomes. Combined with a fast-paced environment, it makes Enliven a rewarding place to work.
A standout achievement was purchasing and renovating my first home for a disability organisation. It marked their first property acquisition in over eight years and ultimately provided long-term housing for five participants. Seeing their genuine joy in moving into their modern, well-appointed forever home, knowing it would offer stability and security for the future, was particularly meaningful and remains one of the most rewarding moments of my career.
I enjoy spending time outdoors and going for walks whenever I can.
Time travel because you could solve any problem.
