The introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is what first brought me to the disability sector. I believe strongly in its core principles and the opportunity to help make the scheme successful for people with disability is what continues to motivate me.

What I love most about working at Enliven Housing is the model of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) we’re striving to provide. For me, success means building on what Enliven has already established, supporting its future growth and remaining true to the outcomes we want to deliver for our tenants.

Career highlight:

Joining Enliven Housing has been a genuine career highlight. It has given me the opportunity to contribute my experience and skills to an organisation whose purpose and approach I believe in.

Outside of work:

I enjoy spending time with friends and seeking out new experiences, whether that’s through travel or learning a new skill.

What super-power would you want?

The ability to help people see things through someone else’s eyes, so that we don’t see difference but understand.
