Dawn and Sol is a collection of 10 two-bedroom SDA apartments in the sought-after Founders Lane precinct in Braddon. Designed from the ground up for people with disability, the apartments are open plan and built for easy flow, with engineered hickory timber floors, large double-glazed windows and designer kitchens fitted with high energy-rated appliances. Each home is certified to Platinum level under the Livable Housing Design Guidelines.
Just as important is what sits beyond the front door. Braddon sits in the heart of Canberra, close to the CBD, with many of the city’s landmarks only 10 to 15 minutes away. Shopping, dining, health services and transport are all close by, and the building’s rooftop garden looks out across the city to Telstra Tower.
Dawn and Sol offers two-bedroom apartments supporting Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support NDIS categories. Each home is built to suit a range of access needs, with accessible bathrooms, an accessible balcony and open, considered layouts, so your space works around you rather than the other way around.
The shared rooftop garden gives you space to relax and take in the view, while everything Braddon and the city centre offer sits just beyond. With shopping, green space and transport all nearby, Dawn and Sol gives you a real foundation to live well, stay connected and make the most of every day.
