These homes also offer the benefit of larger outdoor areas and easy access to gardens or terraces.
Unlike apartments and villas, SDA houses are specifically built for shared living, accommodating a minimum of two SDA-eligible residents. At Enliven, we ensure all our SDA houses are thoughtfully designed not only for accessibility but also to make shared living comfortable and easy – while prioritising privacy and independence for each resident. Features such as well-planned layouts, ample storage, ensuite bathrooms and private terraces help create a welcoming and functional home.
SDA houses can be designed to suit all SDA design categories, including Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible, High Physical Support and Robust. Most SDA houses are built with an additional bedroom dedicated for Overnight Onsite Assistance (OOA) or Overnight Shared Support (OSS) staff, allowing for quick, in-home delivery of care services.
