Highline is a collection of 10 single-level, one-bedroom SDA apartments at 7 Maple Tree, Westmead, in Sydney’s west. Designed from the ground up for people with disability, each apartment is certified to Platinum level under the Livable Housing Design Guidelines, with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in natural light and views across to the CBD. The single-level layouts are open and easy to move through.
Just as important is what sits beyond the front door. Highline sits in the heart of Westmead, a short walk from Westmead station and Westmead Hospital, with Westfield Parramatta and Parramatta Park close by. Parramatta, Sydney’s second CBD, is right next door, so transport, shopping, health services and green space are all within easy reach.
Highline offers one-bedroom apartments supporting the Fully Accessible and High Physical Support NDIS categories. Each home is built to suit a range of access needs, with an accessible bathroom and an open, single-level layout, so your space works around you rather than the other way around.
