CV Windsor is a boutique, purpose-built SDA development in the heart of Windsor, made up of seven two-bedroom and three one-bedroom apartments. Designed for people with disability, each apartment has its own individual layout, with floor-to-ceiling windows that draw in natural light and frame views across Melbourne. Indoor and outdoor living connect through an accessible terrace or winter garden, so every home feels open and easy to move through.
Just as important is what sits beyond the front door. Windsor sits a short distance from South Yarra, Prahran and St Kilda, with shopping, dining, health services and public transport all close by. From the front door at 105 Punt Road, the wider city is within easy reach, so staying connected to your community is part of everyday life.
CV Windsor offers a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments supporting Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support categories. Each home is built to suit a range of access needs, with accessible bathrooms and open, considered layouts, so your space works around you rather than the other way around.
Shared spaces are made for connection, with a rooftop garden set up for barbecues and a ground-floor residents’ lounge with a shared kitchen and dining area. With shopping, green space and transport all nearby, CV Windsor gives you a real foundation to live well, stay connected and make the most of every day.
