As a Tenancy & Property Officer, I focus on supporting residents to maintain their independence and sustain their tenancies with Enliven Housing through consistent, day-to-day care and practical solutions.

For me, working in the disability sector came naturally. It was an area that I was drawn to and have now been involved in for almost 12 years. I believe the most important thing we need in life, if we want to improve our finances, mental and physical health, social status, and more, is a safe, secure, and comfortable place to call home. I truly love being able to help provide that.

With my experience in the disability sector and working alongside other SDA professionals, I can confidently say that while tenancy management processes tend to be similar across the board, it’s the team at Enliven Housing that truly sets them apart.
