The Monroe is a collection of 10 two-bedroom, two-bathroom SDA apartments at 80 Regent Street, Kogarah, in Sydney’s St George area. Designed for people with disability, each apartment offers spacious layouts, with accessible terraces, timber flooring and floor-to-ceiling tiling in both bathrooms.
On level 11, there is a private roof-top sanctuary surrounded by landscaped gardens and seating areas. It’s the perfect location for a family BBQ or an evening meal with friends.
Kogarah keeps the essentials close. The building sits about 50m from the nearest bus stop and 600m from both Kogarah Town Centre and Kogarah Station, putting shops, dining, health services and transport within easy reach in the heart of the St George district.
The Monroe offers two-bedroom apartments supporting Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support NDIS categories. Each home is built around a range of access needs, with two accessible bathrooms and open, generous layouts that keep daily living simple.
Accessible terraces and quality finishes make each apartment a comfortable, practical home, well placed in a busy, well-served pocket of southern Sydney. Central and connected, The Monroe is an easy place to call home.
