+9
Martin & Powlett is a boutique collection of seven SDA apartments in Heidelberg, set on the corner of Martin Street and Powlett Street in Melbourne’s northeast. Built from the ground up for people with disability across three SDA categories, the apartments feature open-plan living with timber flooring, large windows, modern kitchens and high-quality finishes. Each home is light, considered and easy to settle into.
There is plenty to enjoy beyond the building, too. Heidelberg sits along the banks of the Yarra River and is known for its natural beauty and artistic heritage, with Warringal Parklands, Banksia Park and the Heide Museum of Modern Art all close by. Heidelberg Station and major transport routes make the CBD easy to reach, alongside local cafes, shops, hospitals and universities.
Martin & Powlett offers one-bedroom apartments supporting Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible and High Physical Support NDIS categories. Each home is shaped around a range of access needs, with an accessible bathroom and an open layout designed to make everyday living simpler.
Warm, light-filled interiors make each apartment a comfortable retreat, with riverside parklands and the culture of Heidelberg right at hand. Close to transport, shops and green space, Martin & Powlett is an easy place to feel settled and connected.
